On December 6th (Sun), we held a seminar "Making Shimenawa with Parents and Children" ❣️

The instructor is Mr. Yamaoka, a volunteer group of Oizumi Ryokuchi "Oizumi Acorn Association".

This time, it was held at an outdoor central rest area to prevent the spread of new infectious diseases.

I will make it after studying the origin and tradition of shimenawa ?

Twist the straw collected in Oizumi Ryokuchi with the help of the staff to make shimenawa! I decorate the shimenawa I made, but usually I put pine cones on the oranges in the Oizumi Ryokuchi style.
