Shikisaien Spring Volunteer & Art Festival
Despite strong winds and rain forecast,
We are preparing for the event to be held today (3/20) at 11am.
However, the music stage by the Kita Ward Volunteer Group will be cancelled.
Other booths will be held.
We're a little concerned about the weather, but in addition to selling balloon art and beetle observation kits, Oizumi Ryokuchi volunteers have set up fun booths and are waiting for you!
