Today we held the Oizumi Forest Yoga "YOGA x LUNCH" event!
This was a collaboration with the restaurant "egg I~ (@egge_ooizumi)" located in the central rest area, and they used eggs to create a healthy and delicious lunch! 🥚😊✨
It was well received by everyone who attended.
The next yoga class, "Aroma x YOGA", will be held on Saturday, August 16th.
You can make an aroma spray that will help you sleep better and relax, and then enjoy some relaxing yoga with movements that will relax your body and mind.
